The ad seems very clear to me. It begins with Al Franken relating an amusing story about the late Paul Wellstone and then shows how Norm Coleman's campaign had taken short video clips out of that context and used them to convey a message that was almost the diametric opposite of what was being conveyed by the clip's full context. Andrew Breitbart did something similar recently with a speech by Shirley Sherrod.
